Up for auction are two volumes from the Marvel Masterworks series: Golden Age Captain America Volume 1 and Golden Age Marvel Comics Volume 1. These books both have the gold and black covers (see pictures). These books retail for $50 each, but I have chosen very reasonable opening bid and Buy-It-Now prices. The Marvel Comics Volume contains the earliest adventures of the Sub-Mariner and the original Human Torch (along with a couple of less memorable characters like the original Angel). The Cap volume speaks for itself. If you do not own it, I am forced to question your patriotism and also, possibly, your sanity. Both books are in the exact same condition they came in. They were removed from the shrinkwrap, read once--carefully--by an adult collector, and stored in a smoke free environment. Shipping will be by Priority Mail so that you will receive your item(s) promptly and exactly as described. The shipping charge is $12. Pictures are for identification purposes only (I pulled them off the web because my camera is busted) but bid with confidence. Your item(s) will be exactly as described. I have 100% positive feedback and I plan on keeping it that way. Lastly, I have never had a package lost or damaged when either sending or receiving priority mail. However, I cannot assume liability if the post office screws up, however unlikely that may be.
